Baby's Room.Check out this nicely treated crib, complete with its' own bedskirt to coordinate with the rug on the floor. There is also a custom made Bumper pad all around the inside of this crib.

Bedcovering details. This gorgeous bedroom has Queen sized sleeping accomodations. The bed is covered with a Coverlet length, quilted Throw spread, which has a heavy line of trimming added at the hemline all around.
There is also a custom bedskirt here, in a gathered style. It too has added trimming, applied up from the hemline, so that it will be noticed against the neutral color of the skirt!
This is what Custom means.

Awesome fabric!Look at the great fabric on this pillow! It is a raised Flocking, a very big look currently. It is welted with a contrasting fabric to connect visually with other elements in this room.

Stately, pretty..These rod-run panels are edged with a coordinating pattern that is also used as welting for a piece of custom upholstery. Check out that chair in the 'Upholstery' album.
This treatment frames the window nicely and without much fanfare, but it is timeless and tailored, always a wise decision!

Baby's Room done right!Another shot of a baby's room, this time showing the window treatments.
These are 'Stagecoach' valances; they are lengths of a jungle print fabric, held in place by strips of contrast fabric. Thye look like they lower into the window, but they are actually non-functioning.
There are shades behind them for room darkening.

Fancy Panels. This window treatment is in a circa 18th C. home, in the formal Living Room.
Very full patterned sheers hang within, with the heavily detailed panels hanging from decorative rings that are on a painted wood rod.
The banding is all across and down each panel, and is separated from the inner fabric by bias welting. The panel is made slightly overlength to project some gravity in the room.

Lacy Pillows. These pillows are in a bedrrom that is all girl!
They start with a lavender cotton, and are covered with a layer of lace. This reveals the color behind and shows off the lace as well.
Note the handmade rolled rose accent on the pillow..
