Cutting glare; used for security. This SheerWeave shade can remain down even at night when this financial institution is closed, as it allows the viewer to see in from the outside IF there is light on within.
This means that these never need to be touched if so desired, because they work all day AND all night too, making them amortize very quickly.

SheerWeave shades. This commercial dining room needed protection from the Sun: the treatment was designed around the shade, which rolls into the top behind the cornice and disappears if the inhabitants want it to!
Note the light color of the shades - these are available in many color combinations.

You CAN have both! You don't need to sacrifice your view while cutting UV glare and heat!
This is the Phifer SheerWeave shading material, made to let the view in, which you can see it does nicely, while saving your interior from UV fade, heat or cold, and the glare of the Sun.
This comes in many color combinations and percentages of 'openness', which is the tightness or looseness of the woven product.
It was found commercially only, but is used in windows everywhere, and is a staple in my business.

Phifer SheerWeavesThis is another shot of the 3 season room with the SheerWeave shade completely down. See how the view from the outside is still defined? This is what makes this product one of my favorites.
