Roll-UpsThese valances are called Stagecoach valances, or Roll-Ups.
They do not funtion up/down, but do work as a valance. In this case they hide the shade that privatizes/insulates the window.
They are lined with a contrast lining and are interlined, for additional thickness and to prevent color wash-through from the lining forward. (1 votes)
